Due to government guidelines as of March 23rd we will not be able to accept any orders for collection.
Online orders will not be effected, we will still continue to make and ship orders out to you. We have taken the necessary steps to ensure everyone is as safe as possible.
As you know we work from home anyway our studio is in our back garden so we do not have to leave home for work, however our seamstress will not be attending during this time. We also have our two young children at home full time which means our working hours are reduced. We are working late nights once they are asleep to keep on top of orders but I am not able to be online as much as usual.
We are still here to answer any emails and questions but please allow 48 hours for a reply.
Our work space is being cleaned on a regular basis more than once a day hands are being washed before we enter the studio and any orders we receive for stock the packaging is sprayed with Detol spray and left for 48 before opening.
Should any of us in the household display any of the symptoms of covid-19 work will stop immediately as we are aware that the virus can live of soft surfaces as well as hard. We will not be entering the cabin for any reason should one of us become ill.
Our turnaround is 21 working this does NOT included weekends and bank holidays. Wherever possible we will stay within this turnaround but if stock is delayed getting to us please be prepared that turnaround may extend to 28 working days.
We have also limited postage runs to once a week due to government guidelines. All parcels are shipped with royal mail and you will get a dispatch email once it has left us. However there may be delays with royal mail getting your items to you due to staff shortages. We are aware in some cases post is taking a few days extra to get to people. If you would like to be able to track your package please choose the tracked shipping option at checkout.
Don't hesitate to contact us should you have any questions.
