FAQ

How do I order? 

See our products in our shop section. Items are broken down into categories or you can choose to vie all products. When you find what your looking for simply add it to your basket.

How can i pay?

Our website offers payment via PayPal, debit card or credit card. We also have three buy now pay later options available for you to choose from. They are Clearpay, Klarna and Lay-buy

How long does my order take to arrive?

Due to all our products being handmade to order our turnaround is 21 working days, not including weekends or bank holidays. However in most cases items are usually received well before this. 

What size should I get?

Our clothing both handmade and printed is very true to size. We would say order your child's usual size or if your really unsure or just want the over sized look please size up. 

What if my items don't fit?

This is not a problem at all. Providing we have the stock we will always offer to exchange for another size. Should we not have the fabric or garments in stock you can exchange for product of the same value or have a refund. (Providing an item is not personalised) If an item is sent back due to you ordering the wrong size your turnaround or 21 working days will start again from the day it arrives back with us due to needing to be made from scratch again.

How will my items be sent?

Our website offers you two options. Standard and signed for. Both option are sent via royal mail second class service. All postage tracking numbers for both option are kept so if you would like this please drop us an email.

Can I collect?

Absolutely! If you are local to us and you would like to save on postage your more than welcome to collect. We are based in Newport South Wales.

What if my order doesn't arrive?

With both options for delivery a tracking number is provided to us by the post office. All numbers are kept so if you have any problems let us know and we will be able to track it down. Should a parcel go missing (providing its not been signed for) we will always send out your order again. 

Do you offer payment plans?

At the moment this is not something we offer. We are extremely busy and with so many orders as it is we would not want to risk taking on more than we can keep up with. Its a lot of work remembering who owes what. 

Do you supply wholesale?

Yes we do! We have recently reopened our books to wholesale orders. If you would like to stock our brand please see our retailers page and contact us via there for a digital catalogue. 

I'm looking for a product i seen on Instagram but cant find it on the website.

Our Instagram feed is an amazing place for showcasing customer photos, we try to share as many as possible meaning some of the stuff you see will be from previous seasons. Unfortunately if you don't see the product on the website it means we do not stock it anymore.

Do you do custom orders?

Of course! We do many different items on request. Including birthday tees, stag do, hen dos, uniforms etc. We will under no circumstances do anything that is copyright. This is something we have never done and never will do.
